Required Documents for ASSAR Units Redemption   

• *Borang ASSB/OP/PBU-01 - ASSAR Redemption Form (Individual & Joint Holding Account)

• *ASSAR Original Certificate

• *Borang ASSB/OP/SAJ-01(to replace lost/damaged ASSAR original certificate)

• Copy of Investor's NRIC

• Investor's Bank account details

*to be signed by principal holder and/or joint holder above 18 years old (if any)   

Required Documents to Redeem ASSAR Units from a Deceased Account         

• **Borang ASSB/OP/PMK-02 - ASSAR Redemption Form for Deceased Account (Individual Account) 

• ***Borang ASSB/OP/PBU-01 - ASSAR Redemption Form (Joint Holding Account)

• **ASSAR Original Certificate 

• **Borang ASSB/OP/SAJ-01 (to replace lost/damaged ASSAR original certificate)

• Certified Copy of the Death Certificate

• Certified Copy on every page of the Letter of Administration (L.A.)

• Certified Copy of the Beneficiary's NRIC

• Beneficiary's Bank account details

**to be signed by beneficiary(s) as stated in L.A.
