Chief Executive Officer
YBhg. Datin Norlia Binti Madon was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Amanah Saham Sarawak Berhad (ASSB) on 1 July 2008. Prior to her appointment, she was the designated fund manager representative cum senior manager at ASSAR Asset Management Sdn Bhd (AAMSB). Datin Norlia has extensive experience in the areas of investment and fund management, having first started her career as a money market dealer in the Treasury Department of AmInvestment Bank Berhad (formerly known as Am Merchant Bank Bhd) in 1994 before joining ASSB two years later. She was later transferred to AAMSB in August 2000, to head the fund management team. Datin Norlia graduated with an Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University, London and also holds a Diploma in Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA. She currently sits on the board of ASSAR Asset Management Sdn Bhd and ASSAR Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd.

Head of Operations and Marketing & Sales
Amanah Saham Sarawak Berhad Encik Kadari currently serves as the Head of Operations & Marketing at Amanah Saham Sarawak Berhad. In these roles, he oversees operational functions and strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency. Encik Kadari embarked on his journey with Amanah Saham Sarawak Berhad in 1993 and throughout his tenure, has taken on diverse roles and responsibilities within ASSB and later at Permodalan ASSAR Sdn Bhd, before rejoining ASSB in May 2023, each contributing to his professional development and deepening understanding of the unit trust industry and financial services sector. A Bachelor of Accountancy graduate from Universiti Teknologi Mara, his academic training and coupled with over three decades of experience within the group, brings wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise to his current positions.
Encik Kadari bin Abg. Abu Bakar
Senior Compliance Officer (SCO)
Madam Ng is the designated Senior Compliance Officer for ASSB since July 2017 and responsible for all compliance matters in relation to ASSAR Fund. She first joined ASSB in 1993 as an executive with the Finance Department and later served in various functions within the group. She was involved in Backroom and Settlement Unit, Group Finance & Treasury Department, Group Internal Audit Unit before assuming the role as the Senior Compliance Officer for ASSB. Prior to joining ASSB, she has more than five (5) years of experience with a subsidiary of SEDC, primarily in accounting related field. She holds a Diploma in Cost Accounting from London Chamber of Commerce Industry. *Payroll under Permodalan ASSAR Sdn Bhd
Madam Ng Boon Wank*
Manager, Finance & Treasury
Ms. Rajuna binti Ambi joined the PASB Group (“the Group”) in 1995 and has been attached to the Finance and Treasury Division since 2015 and responsible for the finance and treasury functions of the Company.
